I had quite some conversation with Adolfo Hernandez and Egbert de Smet
before and after the meeting.

What the article does not make clear
(but is a little bit clearer from the final report)
that there are multiple projects.

The BIREME activity is not meant to give short terms results.
It may be a nice project, but don't expect it anytime soon.
Also do not expect it to be very compatible to anything you know.

So the project to fund a quick solution for WinISIS users has
to resort to other means and is considering a development based
on Malete or Selene.

Definitely some funding would help to get something done ...
